Details
The hysteresis brakes are designed for a temperature range of -30 to +85 °C.
- Precise torque control thanks to current-controlled hysteresis technology
- Possibility of supplying several units for one operating point synchronized with each other
- Deviations in torque/current values for calibrated units: less than ±1.5%
- Deviations at other points of the torque curve: less than ±4%
- Advantageous for multiple tension control and multiple torque limits
- Operating point must be greater than 50% of the maximum torque
- Available with shaft on one or both sides
- Torque range: 0.024 Nm to 30.2 Nm
- Maximum speeds: up to 20,000 rpm
- Possible power loss (continuous): up to 600 W
- Maintenance-free operation thanks to wear-free hysteresis technology
- Constant torque independent of the speed
