Clutches

Coaxial Couplings

Coaxial couplings enable contactless torque transmission by means of magnetic fields and are typically used for seal-less applications to prevent the leakage of corrosive, toxic or flammable liquids. They consist of an inner and outer magnetic hub, which transmit the torque through air or a non-magnetic barrier, thereby achieving complete insulation of the inner hub. They offer advantages such as the absence of rotating seals, no wearing parts and a synchronous design with or without slip at any speed.

Information on working methods

Coaxial Couplings

Coaxial couplings transmit torques contactlessly through magnetic fields and eliminate the need for seals. They are ideal for applications with corrosive or toxic liquids.
